Estate Planning & Administration

Estate planning includes planning for your death, as well as for your care and your estate if you become incapacitated. Planning for your death or incapacity can be a difficult and worrisome undertaking for many people. Our firm has many years of experience dealing with such matters and would be happy to discuss any questions you may have.

To assist you in thinking about planning your estate, we encourage you to pick up one of our Estate Planning Questionnaires from our office. It describes some of the things we will talk about and puts together a detailed snapshot of your estate, which will provide your executor(s) with valuable information to assist in locating your property in the event of your death.
